About Sponsormakker
Sponsormakker helps businesses sponsor local sport, and helps clubs find sponsors without volunteers spending their evenings on it.
Why we exist
Sports clubs are run by volunteers, and sponsorship work often falls on the same few parents. Businesses want to support sport where they are based, but do not know which club to call. We do the work in between: we find the clubs, set up the agreements and follow up.
How we make money
We charge a fee of 15% of the sponsorship amount. The business pays it on top, and the club receives the full amount it asks for. We earn from the sponsor, not from the club.
Who is behind it
My name is Emmanuel Philis. I am 45, a father of three, and I have lived in Oslo for almost 17 years. I have loved sport all my life.
Sport should be the easiest activity for anyone to join. When more businesses take part as sponsors, clubs can keep fees down, offer children more activities and spend more on good coaches. A child who takes part in sport has a place to belong.
The goal of Sponsormakker is that both sides gain: the business becomes visible where its customers live, and the club can afford more activity. Sponsormakker is run as a sole proprietorship in Oslo.
