Who is responsible
Sponsormakker is run by Emmanuel Philis ENK, org. no. 937 705 794, Oslo. The business is the data controller for the information described here. Send any questions to post@sponsormakker.no.
What we collect, and why

Documents clubs upload
Sponsorship packages, price lists and agreements may contain the names of other sponsors and contact people. We use them only to build the club’s profile and to keep existing sponsors outside the agreement with us. We do not share them. The club can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who sees the information
- Emmanuel Philis, who runs Sponsormakker.
- The club and the sponsor see each other’s name and contact person when we introduce them.
- The providers that run our website and email, on our behalf and under a data processing agreement: Vercel (website and visit statistics), Resend (delivers the website's forms to our email, and the confirmation to you) and Domeneshop (email). Vercel and Resend are US companies. Data leaving the EEA is transferred under the EU standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.
We never sell information, and we do not use it to advertise for others.
Children
We do not collect information about children. Photos and video from club activities are only used when the club has consent, from guardians for children under 15.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies either. Visits cannot be linked to you or your IP address, and the data that tells one visitor from another is deleted after 24 hours. We only see aggregated statistics: which pages are read, country and city, browser and device type, and which page you came from.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your information in a portable format. Email post@sponsormakker.no. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you think we are handling your information incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
We update this policy when we change how we handle information. The date at the top shows the current version.
