Local sports sponsorship, ready to go

You set the budget and where you want to be seen, from one club to a whole district. We find the clubs, write the agreements and follow up. One agreement and one invoice.

Why sponsor local sport?

Sponsorship is marketing where your customers live. And the money does good in the neighbourhood.

Tax-deductible as marketing

Sponsorship with advertising value can be deducted as an ordinary operating cost, like any other marketing.1

New local customers

Parents, players and neighbours see your name every week: at training, at matches and on the club’s channels. These are people who live and shop where you do business.

The money stays local

The club spends it on activity: lower fees, more equipment, more tournaments. Local families benefit.

A name people remember

You become the business that backs local sport, not just another ad.

Proud employees

When employees have children in the club, they see their workplace’s name by the pitch. That builds pride and helps with local hiring.

You know who you reach

Before we send you a proposal, we check the figures the club gives us: members, teams, age groups and the number of matches and training sessions. You pay for an audience you can count.

1 Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten): businesses can deduct sponsorship costs that have advertising value. Ask your accountant how this applies to your business. Read more at Skatteetaten (Norwegian).

Questions from businesses

What does it cost a business?
The sponsorship amount for the club, plus our 15% fee. Both are shown on the invoice.
Who makes the banner?
The club, with its usual supplier. The cost is included in the price the club sets. If your logo is not print-ready, we make it and adapt it to the banner, shirt or sign. You can tick this in the form.
Can we sponsor the club’s website?
Yes, if the club has none, or an old one. We build the website, and the club owns it, domain included. You get a spot on the sponsor page, a page of your own or a fixed place on the front page, agreed with you and the club. See website and design for clubs.
Can I choose a specific club?
Yes. Tell us which one and we will get in touch.
Can the club and the sponsor deal directly later?
Yes, but for 12 months after the last introduction, or after the sponsorship ends if that is later, new agreements between them go through Sponsormakker. Sponsors the club already had are not affected.
What if a placement is not delivered?
We find an equivalent placement within 30 days, or you get that part of the money back.
